Trice Cabs Booking Policies
Booking Process
- Online Booking: Customers can book a ride through the official website www.tricecabs.in by providing essential details like pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, and time.
- Phone Booking: For customers without internet access, bookings can be made by calling the customer support number: 94418 25000.
- Advance Booking: Rides can be booked in advance (up to 15 days) to secure your desired time and vehicle type.
- On-Demand Booking: For immediate travel, booking depends on vehicle availability.
Payment Policies
- Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and online wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.).
- Prepayment: For advance bookings, a prepayment of 50% may be required, deducted from the final fare.
- Refund Policy: Refunds (as per the policy) will be credited within 3-5 working days to the customer's bank account or UPI wallet.
- Surge Pricing: Surge pricing may apply during peak hours/holidays. Details are communicated before confirming the booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 4+ hours before pickup: Full refund minus ₹500 booking fee.
- Cancellations within 4 hours: 50% of fare charged.
- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 1 hour before pickup, subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
- No-show Policy: ₹100 per hour charged if the customer fails to appear at pickup time.
Vehicle Availability
- Vehicle Type: Options include sedans, SUVs, and luxury cars, subject to availability based on location and booking time.
- Driver Information: Driver's name, vehicle number, and contact details are shared after booking confirmation.
Special Requests
- Extra Luggage: Available on request; may incur additional charges.
- Pets: Pet-friendly vehicles available on request (notify at booking).
- Child Safety Seats: Available on request for an additional fee.
Behavior Expectations
- Passenger Conduct: Appropriate behavior is expected. Abuse or vehicle damage may result in penalties or ride termination.
- Alcohol and Smoking: Not permitted inside the vehicle unless allowed by local regulations.

- 24/7 Support: Available via phone, email, or chat for ride-related issues.
- Driver Complaints: Report concerns via the app or customer support channels.
